Nouvellement décoré 3 BD / 3 BA (6 personnes) à Sandestin Pine Ridge Villas.
Cette unité est au niveau principal avec vue sur le terrain de golf Sandestin Baytowne.
Les caractéristiques intérieures incluent l'entrée sans clé pour plus de commodité. Sol en travertin, granit
comptoirs, éviers et robinets de navire neufs.
Éclairage à Led, moulures couronnées et hauts plafonds.
L'aménagement intérieur offre un plan de chambre séparé et une suite principale surdimensionnée qui comprend
double vasque dans la salle de bain principale, grande baignoire à jets avec douche séparée.
La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit queen avec accès à une salle de bain complète.
La troisième chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux avec une salle de bains privative.
Le salon de la chambre principale et la chambre de la reine ont tous un accès porte française à une véranda spacieuse.
Ce plan d'étage fait une escapade parfaite pour les familles avec enfants ou plusieurs couples.
Pine Ridge Villas propose une piscine privée de quartier et une cabine de bain à quelques pas de la porte d'entrée. Le condo est 1900 pieds carrés.

Perfect Vacation Home

This home has everything you need even beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved the convenience of the 6 passenger golf cart to get around the resort and to the beach. The host is very responsive in the app messages. Check in was easy. I loved have 3 bathrooms and there was enough hot water for our family of 6 to get ready at the same time. This is my 2nd time staying here and I will stay here again. I like the balcony overlooking the golf course. The beach is just down the street inside the resort. Very convenient.

The best rental in the past 10 years

We vacation to Sandestin every year and these accommodations were the best! The condo was clean, nicely decorated and the golf cart made going to the beach so easy! The balcony overlooking the golf course is where we spent most of our time when we weren’t on the beach.

Sandestin resorts

The property was spacious and very clean. The pictures do not do this place justice. The place was beautiful and having the pool directly across from the property was a plus. We went swimming every evening. The girl's really enjoyed the golf cart in the evenings and we loved riding it to dinner after a day at the beach. Very strong presence of resort security was nice also. We will be staying here again and have already started planning for more family to come with us next year.

Great Vacation

We had a lovely stay in Sandestin! The condo was clean, stocked, spacious, and exactly as pictured. We loved taking the golf cart to the beach and dinner each evening! Will definitely be back!

Can’t wait to stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only bad thing is that we didn’t stay long enough. The owners were very responsive from booking as well as well as throughout our stay. The golf cart really came in handy to enjoy the amenities at the resort. We will definitely plan on coming back.

Great Space!

Great location, super clean, love the large golf cart, great, clean kitchen items! Great place to saty! Only issue is to be aware of limited parking. We worked it out bc the neighboring unit wasn’t rented.

Summer Vacay with Teens

This rental definitely exceeded our expectations with location, amenities, space, decor, cleanliness, and all of the extra things we never would have thought of! Our three teens enjoyed the space and proximity to the beach. We appreciated the golf cart that comfortably seated all five of us and the thoughtfulness of the beach needs (chairs, umbrella, and beach toys). Super convenient to grocery store, retail shopping, and a variety of restaurants. Definitely will be a repeat rental for us on our return trip to Sandestin! Thank you!!!

Another Fantastic Stay

Great Vacation

The property was great. The balcony was large. Nice large living space. It was really great that every bedroom had their own bathroom. The golf cart was so much fun and convenient for our group to use to get to the beach or Baytown. The beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. We only had one issue upon arrival when the renters above us were parked in our spots but it was handled quickly and efficiently. The owner was very on top of it. I highly recommend this property.

The pictures of the property doesn’t do it any justice. The property was exceptional; the cleanliness of this place was beyond what I could have asked for. Other than laundry detergent and trash bags; you will not need any toiletries or household items! Coffee, creamer, sugar was ready available, cabinet stocked with seasoning (few less things to buy at the grocery) if you are traveling with a larger party; there is more than enough of silverware and dishes. The rooms were so spacious! Large balcony space and seating areas (the pictures would give you the impression it’s a tight space but it is not!) golf cart was a winner. It took us 4mins to get to the beach from the property. The pool is directly across the street. The owners were very responsive during our stay. The only mishap was the TV in the living room would not cooperate however I believe the guest before us may have changed some of the connection wires and didn’t hook them back correctly. I will be booking this property again!

A Wonderful Condo

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the condo, location and golf cart. The condo has a wonderful “feel” to it; very cozy and comfortable. We hope to return next summer ... my grandkids love it!

Great Week!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It had everything we needed, was very clean and looked even better in person! The bonus of a golf cart makes this a perfect place to stay. Communication with the property owner was great and we had no issues with check in or check out. We will be coming back!

The online reviews & pics don’t do this place justice! It’s wonderfully designed, set up and decorated - as well as spacious, including a large balcony with plenty of seating! Been going to Sandestin for years and this became our top property to stay in! We will be returning!
