Welcome to Opsis, a one-bedroom apartment located on the third floor of a residential building in the center of Chania. From its balcony, you can see the Western Moat — a place of historical significance — and Piraeus Street, offering a unique sense of the city’s everyday rhythm.



The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and has been thoughtfully designed to offer a comfortable and functional space that blends practicality with the warmth of local living.



As you step inside, you’ll find an open-plan area with a dining table for 4, a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa and a 42” TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals.



The city is never in the background — whether you're at the table or relaxing on the sofa, the view of the Western Moat is always present. A gentle reminder of Chania’s history and everyday pulse.

The bedroom features a double bed with an integrated mattress topper for restful sleep, and a spacious wardrobe for your belongings. Here too, the view of the Western Moat remains — a steady reminder of the neighborhood around you.



The private balcony — accessible from both the living room and the bedroom — is the perfect spot to enjoy the view and unwind. A quiet pause above the city, offering a different perspective of Chania from just a little higher up.

Thanks to its location, the apartment is ideal for exploring Chania on foot, with no car required for daily activities. Within walking distance, guests can wander through the historic neighborhoods of Topanas and Splantzia, known for their Venetian and Ottoman architecture, and visit key landmarks such as the Yiali Tzami, the Venetian Walls, and the Municipal Market. Everyday conveniences are close by, including traditional cafés, bakeries, mini markets, bars, and a wide range of dining options.



Well-known local spots are just minutes away, including Red Jane, a popular bakery located approximately 140 meters from the apartment, and Kross Coffee Roasters, about 300 meters away, offering high-quality specialty coffee in a calm setting.
