Finca Sa Cova is a 29-hectare estate located in the heart of Menorca, offering privacy, space, and views across the island’s green countryside. Situated at the top of a long private drive, the main house, covering 396 m², has been carefully renovated to preserve its traditional features while incorporating modern comforts such as underfloor heating and air conditioning for year-round use. Outdoors, guests will appreciate the spacious grounds, including green lawns, expansive terraces, and a large private pool - ideal for relaxing summer days in the sun.


The two-storey property includes five double bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of which are en suite. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, along with a cosy living room featuring a fireplace, a spacious kitchen, and direct access to the terraces that lead out to the garden and pool area. The landscaped garden, along with outdoor toilet and shower facilities, adds to the convenience of the exterior space. Upstairs, guests can choose from the remaining three bedrooms, all furnished with double beds that can be separated on request. One of these bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom.


Positioned in the centre of the island, the rural location of Finca Sa Cova provides a peaceful retreat for guests looking to disconnect from the busyness of daily life. The property is approximately a 30-minute drive from both the airport and the capital, Mahón, and just a five-minute drive from the nearby towns of Ferreries and Es Migjorn Gran. A day out in the capital is highly recommended, but for a more relaxed outing, we suggest a short drive to the nearby beaches of Cala Galdana or Santo Tomás.
