The Space:

The studio is located on the lower ground floor of a beautiful Victorian mansion. As you step through your private entrance, you’ll find a modern, compact kitchenette equipped with everything you need for cooking. To the left, the studio opens up into a spacious living and bedroom area, featuring a double bed, a small dining table and plenty of wardrobe storage.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy easy self check-in via a lockbox, so you can arrive at your convenience any time after the check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

This residential corner of Notting Hill is a hidden gem, full of elegant Victorian townhouses and quiet, leafy streets. Just minutes from Portobello Road, you’ll be a short walk from fantastic restaurants, independent cafés, and vibrant markets, a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.



Getting Around:

- Ladbroke Grove Underground Station: just a 5-minute walk from the studio.

- Paddington Station: only 2 stops from Ladbroke Grove, about a 5-minute journey. From here, you can reach Central London in under 10 minutes.

- Heathrow Airport: about 40 minutes by tube, using the Piccadilly and Hammersmith & City lines.

- Any damage should be reported immediately to help maintain the property.

- The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking.
