Villa LaMar is located in Kaštel Sućurac, one of the seven picturesque Kaštela settlements situated between Split and Trogir. This modern villa, built in 2025, offers 239 m2 of living space and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, with a maximum capacity of 11. Thanks to its panoramic sea views from every room, elegant design, and premium amenities, Villa LaMar is the perfect choice for a family vacation or a stay with friends on the Dalmatian coast.

The ground floor of the villa has been designed as a spacious and bright open-plan area that combines a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing culinary delights, a dining area, and a spacious air-conditioned living room where guests can relax on a comfortable sofa measuring 194 x 66 cm, which can be used as an additional bed for a child if needed, considering its dimensions. A bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are also available. The living area opens onto a covered terrace that provides a pleasant space for socializing and relaxing throughout the day.

The upper floor features four air-conditioned and elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a king-size bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. All bedrooms have access to a balcony furnished with comfortable seating and offer beautiful views of the sea, Kaštela Bay, and the surrounding area. Thanks to the private bathrooms and air conditioning in every room, guests are ensured complete comfort and privacy. For two additional guests, there are fold-out armchairs that convert into beds measuring 195 x 71 cm.

The outdoor area of the villa is fully fenced and boasts a beautifully landscaped garden covering 710 m2. Here you will find a heated 36 m2 swimming pool with hydrolysis treatment, surrounded by a sun deck, sun loungers, and parasols. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor charcoal barbecue, perfect for preparing Dalmatian specialties and spending enjoyable evenings together. The villa offers three private parking spaces within the property, while a garage for two vehicles is located in the basement.

For additional entertainment and active relaxation, Villa LaMar offers table tennis, a children's playground, and a recreation corner equipped with kettlebells, a walking treadmill, exercise mats, and a Pilates ball. Guests can enjoy Netflix, a coffee machine DeLonghi EC 685.R Dedica Style, satellite television, and five TVs located throughout the villa. Underfloor heating and cooling, an alarm system, wireless internet, and a fully equipped kitchen further contribute to a premium holiday experience. Pets are allowed upon request, subject to prior agreement with the agency and possible additional charges.

Kaštel Sućurac is the oldest of the seven Kaštela settlements and serves as an excellent starting point for exploring Central Dalmatia. Pets are welcome upon request. The price for small pets up to 5 kg is 20 euro per pet per day, while for larger pets over 5 kg, the price is 25 euro per pet per day.
