The Space:

The Oaks consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for four, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedrooms include one double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and one twin, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is a wraparound decking with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets welcome, with dog walk nearby. Note: There are steps up to the entrance. Note: Good Housekeeping Bond of £75 applies. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. This property operates on a fixed changeover schedule and is only able to accommodate arrivals and departures on Mondays or Fridays.
