The Space:

This flat is part of a classic Victorian building on a quiet, residential street in Maida Vale. While rich in history, including its role as an early creative space for Pink Floyd in the 1960s - it has been fully renovated with modern comforts. The home includes a large private terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a glass of wine. You'll find rare 1960s Pink Floyd-era artwork and photos throughout the flat as a subtle tribute to its past.



Guest Access:

You can access the whole flat and the private patio.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is calm and elegant, yet just minutes from Little Venice, Notting Hill, Hyde Park, and the West End. Several Tube stations are nearby (Maida Vale, Warwick Avenue, Paddington), including access to the Heathrow Express.



Getting Around:

Maida vale tube station is the closest tube- on the Bakerloo line, giving quick access to central London. There are also multiple bus routes nearby and rentable bikes parked around the home.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.



For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments.

Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s)

Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
