Experience relaxed South West London living in this bright and contemporary three bedroom apartment located in the highly desirable Wimbledon Park area. Combining modern comfort with a calm residential atmosphere, the apartment offers spacious interiors, practical amenities, and excellent transport connections, making it ideal for families, corporate travellers, remote workers, and guests looking to explore London while enjoying a more relaxed residential setting. Large windows, natural wood flooring, and minimalist styling create a bright and airy environment designed for comfort and easy everyday living.
Situated on the first floor of a residential building with no lift access, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to five guests across three bedrooms featuring two double beds and one single bed. The property also includes a modern bathroom with a shower, providing a practical and comfortable setup for both short and extended stays.
The open plan living and dining area has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and sociable space, featuring contemporary furnishings, soft neutral décor, and plenty of natural light throughout the day. Subtle accents of colour add warmth and personality to the interiors, while the overall styling maintains a fresh and uncluttered feel. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a washing machine, offering everything needed for a convenient home away from home experience. The bedrooms continue the calm and minimalist design approach with comfortable furnishings, simple styling, and practical storage, creating peaceful spaces to unwind after a day exploring the city.

*Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service dogs.
*Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property.
Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property.
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
