Casa Perelle is an apartment located in Rio nell’Elba, in a panoramic position with a beautiful sea view, ideal for those seeking peace and nature.

It's an ideal destination for those seeking a quieter, less touristy part of Elba, where they can enjoy a more authentic Italian island experience. The Rio Marina coastline is one of Elba's most captivating, characterized by pristine natural landscapes, crystal-clear waters, and a variety of beaches and coves. The coast extends along the eastern side of the island and is famous for its rugged beauty and historical features linked to mining (including Cala Seregola, Spiaggia dei Topinetti, Punta della Contessa, and Ortano Beach).
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via stairs. It consists of two double bedrooms, a main bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, there is a private terrace with an open sea view, perfect for relaxing moments.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi connection. Guests also have access to an outdoor parking space, located about a one-minute walk from the apartment.

Important information:
Access to the property is steep and rather narrow. The passage includes a small crossing over a stream with water (as shown in the photos). For this reason, access is not recommended for low cars or vehicles with lowered suspension. Special care is required when driving.

Casa Perelle is an ideal solution for guests who have no issues with access and wish to enjoy an authentic natural setting, a peaceful environment, and a truly unique sea view.

Linen: bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented for €40 per double bed, requested at least 7 days before arrival and collected at our office in Portoferraio.
