Designed for the site at Helnæs Mølle, the cottage's simple architectural facade contrasts beautifully with the old surrounding buildings, which exude traditional West Funen farming culture.



The summer house was created with an eye for quality and fine materials, but above all with the magnificent natural surroundings in mind. From the moment you step inside, you are drawn to the large alcove, where you can relax for hours and enjoy the panoramic view over Helnæs Bay. Attention to detail is everywhere and the few square metres, which also offer a separate bedroom and a luxurious bathroom, are stylishly furnished with Danish design and customised carpentry solutions.



The house leads directly onto a covered terrace, where you can grill local specialities and freshly caught sea trout, or explore the historic yet newly developed outdoor area, which offers a wealth of communal facilities. Grab a fishing pole, go kayaking or take your loved one by the hand and enjoy a long walk in the stunning surroundings. Just remember to look up and see the clear starry sky along the way.
