Welcome to a unique architect-designed cottage by Norm Architects, where architecture and natural materials come together. The cottage is located in the first row to the water and has direct access to its own beach. The house is designed to enhance the feeling of tranquility and integration with the surrounding wild nature. Every detail has been carefully selected to create a sense of home and harmony with the surroundings.



The interior offers a special material awareness, with light-treated Douglas fir planks adorning floors, walls and ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The traditional brick floor pays homage to Danish residential modernism from the 50s and 60s. Two shaped axes effortlessly connect different functions in the house and ensure a harmonious flow throughout the house.



Outside, a sedum roof and cedar cladding complement the tight lines of the house and age gracefully. A private atrium garden invites relaxation and contemplation. The garden and surrounding landscape are adapted to the location of the house to minimize the impact on nature. Breathtaking views of the landscape can be enjoyed from the different levels of the house.
