This property, dating back to 1850 and once home to winegrowers, is located in the rolling hills of Monferrato, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The entire property is at your disposal, with 6 double rooms with private bathrooms, a saltwater pool, a hot tub, and a wellness center. The green areas with olive groves and the ZEN platform invite you to relax completely.



The 6 rooms are individually furnished and equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. Three of them have a balcony with a panoramic view. The former horse stable houses a Finnish sauna, a massage room, an equipped yoga room, and a fitness room. A dining room, a terrace, a library, and a large, equipped kitchen complete the house.
