Nestled on a peaceful farm in the heart of the Cotswolds, this beautiful farmhouse in Fairford offers breath taking views across the lake, rolling countryside, and an abundance of wildlife — the perfect retreat for a tranquil countryside escape.
As you enter through the gate and walk down the path, you are welcomed by a charming garden to your left, complete with a raised patio area featuring outdoor dining furniture — an ideal spot for morning coffee, alfresco meals, or simply relaxing while taking in the stunning surroundings.
Step through the front door into the well-equipped modern kitchen, complete with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay and a breakfast bar seating two guests. Towards the rear of the property, the cosy sitting room comfortably accommodates four guests and features an electric-style fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A dining table seating six makes it perfect for family meals and entertaining.
To the side of the house, there is a convenient downstairs WC, while at the back of the property you’ll find a utility room with a washing machine for added convenience during longer stays.
Upstairs, the farmhouse offers three comfortable bedrooms. At the rear of the property is a spacious king-size bedroom with ample storage space. Along the corridor, there is a single bedroom with cupboard storage, and at the front of the house, another single bedroom overlooks the lake and surrounding farm, offering truly picturesque views.
This idyllic farmhouse is the ideal destination for guests seeking peace, nature, and countryside walks, all while enjoying the beauty of the Cotswolds and its wildlife-filled surroundings.
For families travelling with little ones, a cot and high chair are available on request. One well-behaved dog is also welcome by prior arrangement for an additional fee.

Guests have full access to the whole house and front garden.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
