Set within a secure gated development on a quiet road in a more peaceful part of Leeds, the apartment offers a relaxing setting while still being within easy reach of the city centre. There is a large Morrissons supermarket just across the road from the property, along with a coffee shop and other amenities. There is a wider range of shops, restaurants and bars just a 25-minute walk or a short drive away in central Leeds.



Getting Around:

Leeds train station is just a 25 minute walk or short taxi ride away. The city centre can also be easily reached on foot.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
