It features numerous walking and cycling paths as well as playgrounds for children. At its heart lies a picturesque lake surrounded by benches and gazebos, offering a peaceful place to relax. Reagan Park also hosts various cultural and recreational events such as concerts, fairs, and family picnics. An additional advantage is its close proximity to the beach, making it especially attractive for both residents and tourists. The park also features a monument of President Ronald Reagan, after whom it was named.

Brzeźno Beach is one of the most popular seaside destinations in Gdańsk. Located right next to Reagan Park, the two places complement each other perfectly. The beach is wide and sandy, offering plenty of space for relaxation. Visitors can find numerous beach bars and cafés serving a variety of food and drinks, as well as water sports equipment rentals, making it an ideal spot for an active day by the sea. The beach also features a pier, which serves as an excellent viewpoint over the Gulf of Gdańsk. During the summer season, beach volleyball tournaments, concerts, and festivals are held here.

In the area around the apartment, there are many cafés, restaurants, service points, entertainment venues, as well as the Galeria Przymorze shopping center. An additional convenience for guests is the fact that a bakery and a Biedronka supermarket are located right next to the building, making everyday shopping exceptionally easy. Nearby, there is also a Mevo city bike rental station, allowing guests to explore the Tri-City area with ease, using the well-developed cycling infrastructure and scenic seaside routes.

The apartment is very well connected thanks to numerous nearby bus and tram stops. This makes it easy for guests to reach all attractions offered by the Tri-City area.
