The Space:
LIVING AREAS:
The house benefits from a large living space equipped with a SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
DINING AREAS:
The dining table seats up to 4 people comfortably and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Stratford. There is a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher & washing machine.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are two bathrooms on the property. The main bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, bath and an overhead shower. The second bathroom is an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom and has a sink & shower cubicle.
All Stay Hosted Short lets benefit from enhanced cleaning with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens.
GETTING AROUND
10-minute walk to Stratford-upon-Avon Parkway railway station – ideal for quick regional connections.
3-minute walk to local bus stops with routes to the town centre and surrounding villages.
Short stroll to Stratford-upon-Avon town centre – explore shops, restaurants, and Shakespeare attractions on foot.
Easy access to Stratford-upon-Avon’s main railway station for direct trains to Birmingham and London.

- This property is not suitable for parties!
- This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 9 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.
- We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
- Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
- For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, the provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport and a security deposit of £350.
Please note, there is also an additional £100 pet fee for guests bringing pets.
