Please note this apartment is accessed via stairs only, as it is situated on the lower floor level, and there is no lift available.

There is a fully refundable damage deposit of 150 GBP per apartment. Please note that bookings from local residents will be cancelled as we do not host local guests.

Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit .

You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.

Important Information:
The main fuse box for the building is located within this apartment’s entrance area. While access is rarely required, by booking this apartment, guests agree to allow access if needed. We will always aim to contact you in advance where possible to arrange a convenient time.
