Cosy Cottage in Lytham St Annes - close to beach

Enjoy a peaceful getaway in our stylish and cosy cottage. Based in a quiet residential street, it's the perfect spot to spend time relaxing with your loved one (and your four legged friend!).

Our cottage has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable home from home experience. We provide a welcome basket that includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bottled water, biscuits, breakfast cereal and a little G&T tipple!

Discover Lytham St Anne's and the coastline from our lovely cottage, with St Anne's beach and sand dunes only a 5 minute walk away. It's a brilliant spot for dog walking, enjoying a coffee at the beach cafe, and generally taking life slowly!

The town of St Anne's is a 10 minute walk with plenty of independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. There's an M&S food hall, Sainsburys, Aldi and Tesco Express - so plenty of choice for food shopping.

The picturesque town of Lytham is a 5 minute drive away, and nearby Blackpool a 10 minute drive away.

This gorgeous self-contained cottage has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. There's a comfy sofa to watch TV and Netflix, or to sit a while and enjoy a quiet moment reading.

Downstairs there is a shower room and a separate toilet with toiletries provided.
The large bedroom is upstairs, and with a comfortable double bed, the cottage sleeps two people.

There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge - in case you want to bring any children or grand children!

The property is very pet-friendly (we love dogs!) so your trusted four legged friend can also join you on holiday. There's even a treat or two for your pooch as well.

As a fully equipped cottage, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has a multi-function oven, ceramic hob, large fridge-freezer, a toaster, a kettle, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a microwave.

Linen, towels and toiletries are all included to make your stay more enjoyable and we pride ourselves on the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Our house is just next door, so we are always on hand to help and assist you with anything during your stay.

House Rules:
- Earliest check-in time is 3pm and latest check-out is 10am (earlier and later times can be arranged if available).
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is plenty of street parking (on a very wide road) available at the property.
- House trained dogs are always welcomed at the property.
