Our authentic and modern, 22 sqm studio, full of charme with its exposed beams, has several advantages that would allow you to enjoy perfect stays in Paris!

Welcome to a historical character Parisian building, one of the oldest in town.

Thanks to its double sofa bed, we can host up to 2 guests. It is well equipped with many storages. (washing machine / dryer, TV, stoves, bathtub...)

The location, in the heart of "Le Marais" is one of the most lively areas of the city. Easy and safe access.

We are in the heart of the Marais, very close to the Quays of the Seine.

The location is one of the liveliest areas in town, close to plenty of restaurants and bars.

You will find the best food shops, caterers and fashion designers in the city.

The neighborhood consists of many pedestrian streets. There are a multitude of artistic places, museums, parks and gardens in the immediate vicinity.

We organise for you trips to / from airports / train stations



Access is very easy and allows you to reach all the Parisian tourist sites in a few minutes (Louvre, Opéra, Le Marais, Champs-Élysées, etc.)

Metro: Metro line: 1 -11 (Saint Paul) and also line 4 - 7 - 14 (Châtelet) to access all of Paris.

This apartment is rented exclusively under a Mobility Lease (Bail mobilité). In accordance with French regulations, a valid qualifying purpose of stay (such as professional activity, studies, or training) is required to be eligible. The contract reflects the same terms and conditions as the platform through which the reservation was made. Supporting documentation is required.
