This is a contemporary and modern 2 bedroom apartment with parking, in the stunning location of Bristol's Harbourside, 50 meters from the iconic SS Great Britain.



This apartment not only comes with underfloor heating throughout, but also has all modern technology if you would like to take advantage of it while in the city. With a smart TV, Xbox/DVD player, Sonos and Alexa, our guests can use as little or as much as they want. You can even tell Alexa to switch off the lights as you go to bed!



The Space:

Rich and Kris live here but when away on business they give others the opportunity to stay at this gorgeous harbourside location.



This stunning, bright and modern 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect base for anyone coming to visit Bristol.



The master bedroom has a very comfortable SUPERKING bed with luxury bedding, and its own en suite bathroom with large shower. The other room has a double bed, and a work area.



There is a family bathroom which has a bath for you to relax in after an eventful day sightseeing in Bristol, or if you are here for work.



The apartment comes with its own parking space in a gated car park right next door.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. The owners Rich and Kristina are back often, and so you will find some of their things around. Some food in the cupboards etc, but not much.



The Neighborhood:

With a Harbourside location, you have so much on your doorstep that you won't be disappointed. 50 meters from the iconic SS Great Britain, 5 minute walk from Wapping Wharf(large selection of great places to eat and drink) as well as easy access to a great selection of the best that Bristol has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE THAT GUESTS WILL NEED A SMARTPHONE AS DOOR ENTRY IS VIA AN APP.



Interaction with Guests:

Airbristol look after the apartment for Rich and Kristina while they are away, and we will be on hand should you need anything. We will provide you with a telephone number if you need us, and we are local so can come round if needed. Other than that we leave you to enjoy this beautiful flat and Bristol.
