Hip Industrial Style Southville House & Courtyard
Situated on one of Southville's most desirable roads in the heart of the community is this newly renovated two bedroom house, with period industrial features which seamlessly blend with modern design to create a well-balanced home with an outside courtyard area.
This lovely property is walking distance to a wonderful array of independently owned shops, eateries and delis, the Tobacco Factory Theatre, vibrant North Street and craft-beer bars dot the street.
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. There is a smart TV with Virgin and a Xbox with games and DVD's to enjoy. On the shelf, you will find books to read and board games to play.
The bi-fold doors open out onto a small courtyard area with a table and chairs.
Under the stairs there is an iron with mini ironing board, a clothes dryer, high chair, vacuum and mop.
Upstairs there is a spacious twin bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a walk in shower and a bedroom with a double bed.
The property is provided with bed linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped.
We are able to provide a travel cot upon request. Please note - the travel cot will not fit in the room with the double bed, it will need to go in the room with twin beds.
There isn't designated parking at the property. There is parking opposite the house on Greville Road which is free 5pm-9am and then pay & display from 9am-5pm.
Free parking is available on the other side of North Street (E.g- Truro Rd, Baffour Rd, Luckwell Rd etc)
