A delightful two bedroom, one bathroom apartment situated in an unbeatable location, right on the beach! The apartment enjoys fabulous sea views across the beautiful wide sands of the Rio Abajo beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mojacar.

Situated on the upper level of this small, two-storey community, this is a fantastic holiday apartment and the fabulous sea views start as soon as you step up to the front door!

Leading straight into the open plan lounge dining room, the living area is well-equipped with 2 x 2 seater sofas, DVD player, and full UK TV package as well as Spanish. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, and a fantastic feature is the fabulous view over the sandy beach and rolling waves – quite a view as you prepare your meals! There is a door leading out from the kitchen onto a small balcony so you can make the most of the view. ( The apartment also come with fibre wifi access)

French doors take you from the living area onto the main terrace, which overlooks the attractive communal gardens and pool. The terrace is equipped with a dining set and two loungers so you can sit out and soak up the sunshine.

There is a master bedroom – a double room – with air conditioning and views across the pool. The second room also with a c, has a double bed. A door leads out onto a small balcony with sea views.

The apartment also has a shower room situated between the two bedrooms.

This is a small complex set around a fantastic guitar-shaped communal swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by lawned areas and it s a perfect spot for lounging and relaxing in the sunshine. The apartment also has an assigned parking space.

The fabulous views and the unique location right on the beach – quite literally a stone s throw from the waves – are what make this apartment so ideal for a beach holiday. While the Rio Abajo beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Mojacar, it is also one of the least known which means it is uncrowded and spacious all year round.

It is also well located for all necessary amenities with restaurants and bars etc on the doorstep. While the apartment is compact, it can accommodate up to four people comfortably.

This property is not suitable for families with children under 10, nor pets.
