The inviting sitting room is comfortably furnished and enjoys delightful views across the valley, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere. Nuthatch also includes a well-equipped kitchen and a convenient ground floor cloakroom. For added practicality, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a shared laundry room nearby.



The property features two beautifully presented bedrooms, each with its own large ensuite bathroom. One is a versatile double bedroom furnished with both a double and a single bed, perfect for families. The second bedroom boasts a luxurious superking bed, which can easily be converted into a twin room with linkable beds to suit your needs.



Situated at Leahill Cottages in the peaceful hamlet of Greendown near Axminster, Nuthatch is perfectly placed for exploring the surrounding countryside. Enjoy scenic walks straight from your doorstep, or venture further afield to discover the beautiful Jurassic Coast, charming market towns, and a variety of local attractions, independent shops, and welcoming pubs. Whether you're seeking outdoor adventures or a relaxing rural escape, the area offers something for everyone.



All fuel is metered and visitors are charged at cost. The meters are read shortly before the arrival time and the readings are entered on a form left for you in the cottage. We ask you to fill the final readings and settle up before leaving.
