Ensoleillé et relaxant Key Largo Home, à seulement 60 minutes de l'aéroport international de Miami.
Beau quartier chaleureux et convivial avec parc marina. Vous serez à quelques minutes de l'océan avec un accès complet à une plage privée avec rampe de mise à l'eau, débarcadère, zone de baignade et terrain de basket sur Largo Sound.

Les familles et les enfants sont les bienvenus. Un petit tricycle pour enfants, une poussette et un parc sont fournis ainsi que des jeux de société pour enfants et des livres.

Idéalement situé côté océan. Pour la navigation de plaisance au bord de la baie, l'accès se fait par Largo Sound via Adams Cut (1 mile). Beaucoup d'espace de stationnement à la maison pour votre voiture, bateau et remorque.

La maison a 3 chambres à coucher, maître avec lit king size et deuxième chambre avec lit double, et bureau / chambre avec lits superposés jumeaux, 2 salles de bain complètes avec douche, buanderie intérieure avec laveuse et sécheuse, salon / salle à manger avec canapé et causeuse et télévision à écran plat.

La cuisine a une cuisinière / four en acier inoxydable, une micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un grand réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons. Aussi beaucoup d'espace de rangement avec toutes les casseroles, poêles et ustensiles nécessaires, ainsi que les couverts de table, le gaufrier, la poêle pour les crêpes et le mélangeur.

À l'extérieur, savourez votre café / petit-déjeuner le matin, votre déjeuner et même votre dîner sur un porche grillagé. Lorsque vous revenez de votre plage / balades en bateau, rincez-vous dans la douche extérieure située juste à l'extérieur de la salle de bain principale.

Il y a aussi beaucoup d'espace de stationnement pour VR ou VR pour remorque. Cour arrière entièrement clôturée bien ombragée avec barbecue à gaz pour vos barbecues.

Tous situés à distance de marche du parc d'État de renommée mondiale John Pennekamp Coral Reef, plein d'activités amusantes telles que le kayak, le canoë, le paddle board, la randonnée, la plongée avec tuba, les chartes de plongée et la natation.

Près du centre-ville de Largo avec une cuisine raffinée des fruits de mer du monde, des restaurants mexicains, américains et italiens. Excursions de pêche et de plongée charter de classe mondiale, réservation minimum de 28 jours disponible toute l'année. We had a wonderful 6 weeks in Paradise! The house has everything you need. Love the front screened in porch. Our host was more than accommodating! The neighborhood is very nice and close to the water. Can’t wait to come back in December!

Love Key Largo

We really enjoyed our stay at Juan’s home. It has everything you need in the kitchen and throughout the home. Very comfortable stay. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and walked it daily. The closest neighbor is very nice and friendly. We would HIGHLY recommend this location. We have booked next year!

Great Winter Getaway

This was a great getaway house in Key Largo! The neighborhood in South Creek Village was quiet despite being right off the always busy Rt 1. The house was perfect for all of our needs. Juan is an excellent host who communicates back quickly for any questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

Winter vacation

The house 🏡 was perfect for an extended stay. Very comfortable with everything you needed, linens, dishes and pots and pain. We made use of the outdoor grill for some of our meals. Having John Pennekamp State Park so close was an added bonus. Would seriously consider renting this house again.

Exploring Florida Keys

Property excellent size, new kitchen & appliances, ( as British tea drinkers a kettle would be a good idea ) modern newly fitted bathrooms. Location ideal to explore the keys only minutes from John Pennekamp Park, restaurants and bars within walking distance, Winn Dixie supermarket close by. Key West & Flamingo, Everglades National Park within a 2 hour drive. Snorkelling & fishing trips easily booked.

Great clean house with water access

The whole family enjoyed staying at this property. The house was clean and well taken care of. Neighborhood is very laid back and friendly. There a small private bay where we were able to access water with our standup paddle boards to go fishing and snorkeling around the state park nearby. Kids enjoyed seeing sharks, sting rays and other fish. There’s Rowells waterfront park nearby where we want to watch sunset and enjoy some swimming and snorkeling. Saw a manity with her baby there too. Kids loved it.

Nice clean property well appointed and very clean. Could use more shelf space in the bathrooms as well as towel bars. Front tire on one bike flat , however we did not inform Juan in time for repair. our bad. All in all had a wonderful time hope to have time next year for a return visit. Sunny Second Stay!

We had a great second stay here! Juan addressed any and all of our needs and concerns during our stay, we had a couple issues arise during our stay but he addressed them promptly. Love the change on the 3rd bedroom, so much roomier and a light, perfect amount of space now. We absolutely love the screened in porch, my kids spent endless hours out there playing. The location of this home is perfect for our family, close to childcare, a quick bike ride to John Pennenkamp park, the library and more. A few things we would change: Would love to see some more food storage available in the kitchen, glass containers maybe, we bought some disposable containers both times we were here. Plastic cups could use a refresh as they are all cracked on the bottom, every single one leaked. We purchased some additional silverware this time as well as we found ourselves constantly running short. A fan for the screened in porch, even portable, would be amazing, those biting gnats still make their way through the screen, leaving us with a lot of bug bites. Another great stay and already looking forward to our next stay!

A perfect escape from winter

We had a great time on our two month stay, we love this location, we've stayed in this neighborhood on a separate occasion and it's so quiet, conveniently located and low traffic. Perfect place to spend the winter! The house is nice and bright and beautifully updated. The kitchen was really great, completely updated with lots of storage, and a massive sink. The washer and dryer were really great, perfect capacity and cleaned really well. The rooms all felt like a good size. The screened in lanai was amazing, super spacious and we used it all the time. The back patio was also covered which was great with the kids and for storage of our bikes. The neighborhood is conveniently located to John Pennekamp state park and is a quick bike ride to the grocery store and many local restaurants. Very few complaints about the property, thought it was a great layout. Could use some storage containers in the kitchen for leftovers and the knives were terrible. Also, coming from a family with two little kiddos, the white towels were the worst, they were so difficult to keep clean and there were times where I'd have to wash them multiple times to get them spotless. The small bedroom with bunk beds did not have a light, which made it slightly annoying getting our toddler into bed at night. Would definitely stay again, it was a great house for our family, we're missing Key Largo already!

We are glad you and your family enjoyed the stay. In response to the white towels, the presentation of the home is mostly light colors and most of the decor includes white as a staple of the cleanliness we provide for our guests when they arrive. The doors, cabinets, sofa, and shower curtains are all white. The walls, linens and flooring are also light in color with exception to some furniture, this is so guests can confirm they have received a clean home they can enjoy. The white and light colors presented in the home depicts the thorough cleaning and disinfecting we give the home after every guest leaves and before the next one arrives. The knifes are sharp chef style knifes with serrated edge, we have had several guests stay before and they have found them to be great for cutting up steak and other meats and not having to worry about a dull edge which can make it difficult and dangerous at times to cut into the food you are preparing. We have had this set of knifes for several years now in our Key Largo Home and use them when we stay for the entire summer and winter break with no problems. We will consider adding a chef's knife with a sharp non serrated edge, but then we will have a complain that the edge is dull as it is common for chef's knifes to have dull blades after a few uses versus the current knifes available at the home. We will be incorporating Tupperware for leftovers and will have a new light installed in the small bunk bed room. Thank you for your stay and comments.

Paradise disrupted

This marks our third and final stay at this property, primarily due to the disappointing handling by the owner. Despite the house's suitability and pleasant location, recurring refrigerator malfunctions proved a significant inconvenience aggravated by the owner's poor communication and blame-shifting demeanor. During our stay, the refrigerator malfunctioned twice within a short span, resulting in substantial food losses. Despite prompt reporting of the issues, the owner's response was less than satisfactory. On both occasions, attempts to resolve the problem were met with accusations and impractical suggestions, indicating a lack of professionalism. While reimbursement was given for one incident, none was offered for the subsequent occurrence. Inconsistent and uncourteous communication regarding the owner's visits, despite our preference to be present during maintenance visits, there were instances when the owner arrived unannounced, disrupting our activities. Additionally, amenities such as bicycles and food storage containers fell short of expectations for a rental property of this caliber. Having invested significantly in over five months of stays, the substandard treatment and recurrent refrigerator issues caused undue stress, especially considering the needs of our children. This has lead us to forgo future visits.

Thank you for choosing our house now and for the third time in 4 years. In regards to the refrigerator problems, the event occurred as follows you arrived 2 days after your husband via Miami airport. You purchase groceries in the Miami Northwest area at 4pm per store receipt provided for reimbursement, and arrived at the home over 4 hours later with no cooler with ice for those groceries already in a spoiled defrosted state by then. 2 mornings after you inform me of fridge not cooling properly I made arrangements to come in that afternoon check it out and correct the problem. I have over 30 years experience in refrigeration and coolling systems repair I provide instructions on what to do in meantime before I arrived later that afternoon. Said instructions were not done whatsoever which was to turn off fridge. Assessing the problem showed the fridge was not broken but aggressively set to the lowest possible temperatures on freezer and fridge side since both cooling elements had a frozen blocks of ice making the fan not able to move cold air through its cooling panel because of the ice blocking and increasing the temp as well as not not doing what was instructed. This event was repeated a 2nd time over 4 weeks later and at that time again time of visit and instructions were given and not done again as before. This time same issues were found and also fridge door not closing properly because of items inside in the way. Fridge ended up having a component failure because of the improper handling by user. Your stay was 61 nights fridge problem was 2 times and about 30 days apart, at both times I coordinate visit with you and your schedules and not once did I arrive unannounced or without permission from you. All communication and instructions were courteously and apologetic for the inconvenience and handle as quickly as possible to minimize interruptions to your stay. You were aware of the ammeties provided from previous stays and per Vrbo ad. Over 8 different sized storage containers are included since before your 2nd visit unfortunately we cannot make it to evryones like but at least we provided acceptable necessary itesm. In regards to the bikes, you come with bikes every time since your first visit and never in your 3 stays asked/reported/complained about the ones at the home and never even move them to know their conditions which are fully fuctional and in operational conditions. Again thank you for your 3rd stay in 4 years and God Bless and Good Luck!!

Perfect for us!

The property was even better than we hoped for. Juan was very friendly, helpful and was easy to reach any time we needed to. We stayed for 4 weeks and never had any issues. The neighbourhood was very quiet and friendly. We were able to get in lots of good long walks and everything we wanted to do was just a very short drive away. Our only disappointment was that it wasn't available for next January.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Home is well maintained. The 3rd bedroom (bunk beds) is very small. Owner is working to move a wall to add additional needed space for the 3rd bedroom. House and property are well maintained. House should easily accomodate a family of 6. Private boat launch in the neighborhood was a big plus for us.

It was very disappointing to receive a 4 from this guest considering that he enjoyed his stay, did not critique anything or find anything wrong with the property. However, this guest did leave some damages on our property and we still gave him a five star review because there is no such thing as perfect and sometimes damages happen accidently.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with access to eating places within walking distance.Very friendly neighbors will helpful suggestions.The 2 bikes on the property allowed us to ride to a lot of places to sight see and experience beautiful sunsets.We also had excess to a beautiful boat dock with a picnic area on the water ! We stayed there January &February and the weather was perfect !
