Le bord de mer est un lieu de fantaisie pour les adultes et les enfants. La Villa Whimsey, située dans la rue Tupelo, la première rue du bord de mer, avec un accès facile à la plage de sable blanc éblouissante et aux eaux turquoise scintillantes pour lesquelles le golfe du Mexique et le bord de mer sont célèbres, est l’endroit idéal lors de votre visite.
Le porche enveloppant au rez-de-chaussée vous invite immédiatement à lire, à visiter ou à traîner. Il vous accueille également dans la meilleure des conceptions possibles de maisons de plage. Une suite parentale queen, comprenant une salle de bain complète et un porche privé avec un planeur, une chambre et un bain queen, et la très importante douche extérieure complètent le rez-de-chaussée.
Le deuxième étage est une salle à manger, une cuisine et un salon ouverts, spacieux et lumineux, avec beaucoup d’espace pour socialiser avec la famille et les amis. Deux ponts vous incitent à vous réveiller lentement, puis vous incitent à regarder le coucher de soleil sur les toits distinctifs de Seaside alors qu'un autre jour se termine. Une mezzanine au troisième étage avec vue sur le ciel ajoute encore à l'ambiance d'être à la plage. La salle de bain complète a une baignoire fantasque pieds-griffes et un vitrail. Il y a deux lits jumeaux avec lits gigognes dans le grenier.

La Villa Whimsey est une retraite reposante et reposante pour tous. La Villa Whimsey se trouve à deux portes du belvédère de la rue Tupelo, lieu de rassemblement préféré des jeunes et des moins jeunes. Les zones réservées aux enfants et aux loisirs sont à proximité, ainsi que des restaurants et des boutiques inoubliables. On dit que "toutes les rues de Seaside mènent à la mer" et Tupelo n'est pas différent. Votre traitement spécial est que votre porte d'entrée à la plage est le pavillon de plage de rue de Tupelo.

Great week in Seaside with family

Very smooth booking with clear and timely communication. Check in was easy as well. The cottage had everythingwe needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Location! Location! Location! Wonderful location to the beach and to the shopping areas! Beautiful home and we felt spoiled by the hosting company. They were wonderful with communicating and making sure we had all of our needs ! Would definitely book again!

It's nice enough without being too nice where you are afraid your kids will mess something up. I truly loved our time here. If you have a kid in a pack n play, the primary bathroom is large enough for your pack n play. The second guest room doesn't get too much morning light and so our kids miraculously slept in.

Winter Get Away to Seaside

Staying at Villa Whimsey, an older property, allowed us to experience the charm of what Seaside was, and is. The layout is very conducive to relaxation and fun. From the wrap around porch, to the decks in the back, and the open concept living area, it's a great place to leave all of the stresses and worries of life behind. It's in walking distance to all of the amenities that Seaside has to offer.

The temperature in the loft area was not as well regulated as the other parts of the house. The living room furniture could use an update (not very comfortable, and did not smell fresh). Check-out time is way too early! Overall, we were pleased.

Quaint Villa in Seaside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seaside is a hidden gem and glad we found. This is the best street and pavilion for getting on beach. Quiet but only a few streets away from good food and shops. The house was open airy and nicely decorated. However wishi was a little cleaner. Was dusty, and had a lot of fine black hairs on couch and chairs and even a few in the master bed. Both queen beds were very uncomfortable as our backs hurt every morning. They definitely need to be changed. Other than that house was very nice and kitchen was fully stocked. We did have a hard time getting a hold of a Homeowners representative for questions we needed answered after checking in. I would highly recommend staying on Tupelo street in this villa or another property for ideal location. The beaches and sand are like none other and we will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House has a great location and is super cute. Found the Homeowners’ Collection staff to be surprisingly surly and the rental not to be ready for us upon arrival. The cleanliness of the rental was poor, and we asked for the cleaners to return to sweep the floor, clean mildew and conditioner out of the shower, and vacuum an excessive amount of pet hair off the rugs. We changed the air filter ourselves as they were so filthy. For the amount of special cleaning fees we paid for during coronavirus, we were shocked that basic cleaning was incomplete. We had a great trip anyway. The beach is fabulous and the town is so fun, but this house has a bunch of deferred maintenance that should be addressed.

Awesome Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved this cottage just a few blocks walk to the square or to the beach and about 5 minutes walk to the pool and gym facility. Very well kept and, with three bedrooms and three full baths, it's just the right size for a large family with kids. The bottom floor housed two bedrooms with queen beds and the loft (third floor) had two twin trundle beds making the potential for four twin beds. The kitchen/dining/living area on the 2nd floor was fully stocked with everything you need including all your quality pots/pans and cooking needs (I very seldom see this in a rental property). Even had both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The living area TV was full of features with just about every streaming channel active. Also loved the outdoor spaces including 2nd floor rear balcony and front porch. We would definitely stay here again. The only minor complaint might be the singular AC unit which had a hard time adequately cooling the upper floor loft without freezing everyone on the first floor.Thanks again Homeowner's Collection for making every aspect of our stay worry-free.

Accommodating but cold

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The AC was either working incredibly well or it wasn’t because the bottom floor with all the beds was freezing. We had to sleep with all the blankets. We told the rental company but they kept saying “heat rises”. Yes that’s true, the bunk room was incredibly hot but the rest of the house was freezing. By the end of the trip we all slept on the couch or in the loft. We were grateful they let us spent two extra nights but next time I’ll bring warm long underwear.
