At Passalacqua Home Ground Floor, the holiday is lived in direct contact with the countryside. The house opens onto the outdoors and naturally invites you to slow down, surrounded by light, silence, and greenery that become part of everyday life.



Located on the ground floor of a renovated farmhouse, this apartment is designed for guests who want to enjoy the garden throughout the day and rediscover the pleasure of simple living.



THE SPACE

The apartment is on the ground floor of a farmhouse surrounded by the countryside, which includes two holiday units and a separate dependance for small events. It can host up to 5 guests, with the possibility of adding a cot for children aged 0–2.



The kitchen is spacious and convivial, featuring a large dining table and fully equipped with induction hobs, oven, fridge, cookware, tableware, and a coffee machine.



The living area is cozy and functional, designed for relaxing and spending time together after days at the sea, in nature, or exploring nearby villages.



The two bedrooms are simple and comfortable, ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom is functional and well maintained, designed for everyday convenience.



GARDEN

The large garden is one of the highlights of the property. An open space where guests can relax, read, have lunch or dinner outdoors, or simply enjoy the silence of the countryside. The dedicated play area allows children to play freely while adults enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The apartment is entirely on the ground floor, with no stairs and direct access to the garden, making it ideal for families and relaxed stays.



Katia and the Yohome team are available to suggest local experiences such as fresh pasta cooking classes, sailing trips, and wine tastings.



Pets are welcome with a supplement. Guests are kindly asked to take care of their pet’s needs during the stay.



A separate dependance is available for small events.



THE AREA

The surrounding area is immersed in the Marche countryside, characterized by rolling hills, olive groves, and landscapes that change with the seasons. It is a peaceful setting, yet close to the sea, villages, and art cities.



Pesaro is about 10 minutes away, Gradara about 25 minutes, Urbino about 40 minutes, and San Marino about 50 minutes. Nearby are historic villages such as Mondaino, Montegridolfo, Mombaroccio, and Mondavio.



The Adriatic coast is easily reachable: Pesaro beach in about 10 minutes, Gabicce Mare and Cattolica slightly further along the coast.



The Monte San Bartolo Natural Park offers panoramic trails and picturesque villages such as Fiorenzuola di Focara and Castel di Mezzo, perfect for hiking and cycling.



GETTING AROUND

A car is the most convenient way to explore both the coast and the inland areas freely.



Pesaro is about 10 minutes away, Gradara 25 minutes, and Urbino 40 minutes. The nearest train stations are Pesaro and Cattolica, with connections to major Italian cities.



The closest airports are Rimini and Ancona, both reachable in about one hour.
