The villa features 5 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while one room offers two single beds—perfect for flexible group arrangements. In total, the villa includes 6 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers.



The interior is thoughtfully arranged across two levels. The ground floor hosts three bedrooms, a dining area, and a fully equipped entertainment zone including a playroom. On the upper floor, guests will find two additional bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living room, a terrace with beautiful views, and a private fitness gym.



For relaxation and entertainment, Villa La Fortezza offers a wide range of premium facilities including a private swimming pool (35 m²), jacuzzi, fitness area, billiards, table football, and a dedicated children’s playground along with a soft indoor play area.
