Primrose, a single-storey shepherd's hut, consists of an open-plan kitchen/living space with electric oven, induction hob, fridge with icebox, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar for two people, and sitting area with Smart TV and sofa bed. There is a king-size bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, gravelled area, furniture, wood-fired hot tub, and charcoal barbecue, along with off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 2.1 miles, river in 0.4 miles, and lake in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Primrose is a lovely base for a Lincolnshire retreat. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP. Note: Barbecue coals not supplied. Note: Property is a car-free zone - short walk from car to hut.

Best known as the home of the iconic Waltham Windmill, a popular, partially-operational flour mill popular with visiting tourists that dates all the way back to 1880, this charming settlement is home to the Waltham Windmill Golf Club and the GCMES Miniature Railway. Visitors can also find the Tetney Golf Club, the Bradley Woods, and the Source of River Freshney within a short drive of the village.
