The Space:

The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dining seating, breakfast bar and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is also a study with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-size doubles, one with en-suite shower, a family room with 4 single beds and a twin room with en-suite shower, serviced by a family shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars and a lawned garden. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, travel cot and highchair are included in the price. Two pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. Within 2 miles there is a shop and within 1 mile there is a pub, plus a beach in 2.3 miles. Alpha is a lovely retreat for exploring the charm of Cornwall. Please note: This property can only accept check in on a Friday. If you wish to bring more pets, please enquire beforehand.

The charming and picturesque civil parish of St Minver is perched along the scenic Cornish Coast. Visitors will find a lovely church with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, a welcoming pub where you can treat yourself to a wonderful pub lunch and a well-deserved pint, a Post Office, and a well-stocked convenience shop. With easy access to the magnificent beaches of Rock and the surfer's paradise of Polzaeath, St Minver is the ideal tourist base for exploring Cornwall. Visit the coastal village of Rock, where you can go waterskiing or sailing, or take a boat excursion to see the local marine life, including dolphins that visit the coastline. The wonderful beaches of Polzeath are excellent for soaking up the sun with a good book if you want to try your hand at surfing with the neighbouring Surf School. If you'd rather sit out the action, the glorious sands are perfect for soaking up the sun with a good book.
