This newly refurbished two-bedroom canalside flat sits in the heart of Berkhamsted. Perfectly positioned in Broadwater, the vibrant High Street is just a five-minute walk across the charming Victorian canal bridge, while Berkhamsted station is only two minutes walk.
Thoughtfully styled with a blend of antique and contemporary pieces, the apartment offers a warm, home-from-home feel. A sleek new bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a private garden terrace make this a truly standout stay.
Set just moments from Berkhamsted High Street yet tucked away beside the Grand Union Canal, this flat offers a rare balance of convenience and tranquillity. Enjoy peaceful surroundings, scenic waterside walks, and the added benefit of private parking—all within easy reach of the town centre and station.
Thoughtfully styled with a focus on comfort and quality, the flat is well suited to both short and extended stays. It comfortably accommodates up to three guests across a spacious king-size bedroom and a second single bedroom. A pull-out trundle bed is also available if needed for a fourth guest, best suited to a child or young adult.
Both bedrooms share a newly finished bathroom, complete with a large walk-in shower and a clean, modern feel.
The open-plan living and kitchen area creates a welcoming space to relax and unwind—perfect for cooking, dining, or settling in front of the TV. Double doors from the lounge open out onto a private terrace garden, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or catching the afternoon sun, while allowing a gentle breeze to flow through the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for home cooking, along with modern conveniences including a microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer.
