Three-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Poole Old Town in a peaceful enclave. Moments walk from The Quay and numerous bars and restaurants.
The Space:
A peaceful three-bedroom townhouse located in Poole`s historic Old Town - just a minute from Poole Quay. It is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from numerous restaurants and bars, the main shopping area, and just a minute`s walk from the Quay with all its activities. This property has been beautifully furnished throughout with a distinctive nautical theme, reflecting it's coastal surroundings.
Entrance hall on the ground floor leading to the open plan kitchen and dining area, seating up to 8 people with wall-mounted TV. Glass sliding doors leading to the rear patio. Ground floor bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Stairs to the first floor with the large living room and a cleverly designed adjoining an nook with a sofa bed to sleep two (this can be set up upon request) and a desk. Third bedroom with double bed (4ft 6in double) overlooking Scaplen's Court. Stairs to the second floor with the master bedroom (5ft Kingsize double) with built-in wardrobes. Second bedroom with twin beds (2x 3ft single beds or zip and link superkingsize double). Family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and toilet.
Parking - One parking space within the garage and another parking space in front of the garage. (5000mmx2180mm)
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - WIFI. Large smart TV in the lounge. TV in kitchen. All TV's come with free sat.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Restrictions - No smoking. Pets permitted.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
