Entouré par les fleurs, plantes de la nature, d'énormes cèdres, nid de maison dans près de 1/2 acres cul-de-sac, calme et serein, chouettes, pics bois, différents des oiseaux, vous pouvez entendre et les voir autour de la maison dans le patio, dans le gazebo, ou bien la grande fenêtre de la salle à manger. années de jardinage par les amoureux du jardin, différentes plantes fleurissant au printemps et au début de l'hiver, et un énorme érable dans le patio arrière créent une élégance et des couleurs étonnantes jusqu'au début de l'hiver. C'est une retraite au coeur de la ville, dans l'un des quartiers les plus chers, en bordure de lac servitude pour accéder au lac d'Oswego en été. minutes à pied de toutes sortes de restaurants, café, boulangerie, bar et marché Zupan. Parc, sentier de randonnée minutes à pied.
Niveau supérieur, 4 chambres à coucher, 2 1/2 salle de bain, niveau inférieur, cuisine gastronomique, armoire en teck et plancher de bois franc en teck, grand salon, salle à manger, et une étude séparée. Garage 2 voitures.
Toutes les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur les magnifiques bois verts entourant la maison, très privées, offrant un cadre relaxant total dans toutes les chambres.

Beautiful Home In a Great Location

My family and I enjoyed the Lake Oswego property. Vivian was very responsive and answered all questions. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We appreciated having a full bedroom on the bottom level for my elderly family members. Would rent again if in the area.

Quiet & Beautiful Oasis

Being from San Diego everything is quiet -- however this property is situated in a lovely neighborhood with gorgeous streets and homes and friendly neighbors. A quiet getaway close to the lake. Turns out there is not much lake access for non residents. But plenty of activities surrounding -- we were familiar with the area. The downtown is great check out farmers market. This property was very comfortable for a large group and nice. Lily is a responsive and hospitable host. There was not streaming connected so she offered to cover cost, very thoughtful. Outdoor area great for the sumner

Beautiful Home!

We were visiting my son and soon to be daughter in law over the weekend who live in Portland. This home was perfect for our visit. It’s been beautifull remodeled and the owner was so responsive and kind to any of our questions. The home is also located in a very convenient area close to many grocery stores and restaurants. We will definitely be asking again in the future to stay here! It was a wonderful home away from home for us.

Immediately felt like home

Our host was fantastic! The home is in a wonderful location. It’s very safe, and quiet. The kitchen and living space is terrific for families. Also, there is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground level that is perfect for ADA/older guests. Easy to work remotely from because the wifi is good. The best of Portland restaurants are less than a block away. Darling neighborhood restaurants and cafes so close you can walk to them. Beautiful parks for exercise, or chatting with friends. Such an ideal home. Our family will definitely be back next year.

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect house for our group of 5. Well laid out for us having privacy downstairs for 1 adult couple and the 3 college kids had the upstairs. Kitchen is huge and well equipped. We were there for two weeks and had quite a few group dinners enjoying the lovely, shady and spacious back yard. There is plenty of seating for large dining groups which was fantastic for us since we had others in our party at hotels and other VRBO houses. The neighborhood is super close to everything - shops, restaurants and excellent grocery options all within a mile or two, even some great dining options up the street that are walkable. The house was also an excellent space for our dog and the neighborhood great for walking the dog. Vivian could not have been nicer and more hospitable, she went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We would stay here again every time.

This is a perfect LO location close to some of the the newer restaurants and downtown area. Ms Chen is a gracious and responsive host. We’d enjoy staying here again.

Great house in a cozy cul-de-sac that kids could ride bikes around. Well equipped with everything we need for a great stay. Exactly as described. Excellent location close to stores and restaurants. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Lake Grove Lake Oswego

One of the things that we loved about the photos on line was the front and backyard landscaping. Upon arrival we were somewhat shocked at the condition of the landscaping and the driveway and walkway needed sweeping. Once we were inside we found a note stating the landscaping was being redone. Also we had intentions of sitting in the backyard but it was very untidy. However, the home inside was what we expected and it worked out just fine for our family.

A clean and beautifully remodeled home in a great neighborhood!

My family was very happy with our stay. The home has been newly remodeled with updated furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, fixtures, surfaces, and the well crafted design choices really show. The home was well stocked up and there were some great grocery markets, coffee, restaurants, and bakeries just down the street. The cul de sac was quiet and perfect for my family. Our young kids were able to walk around and enjoy our stay close to the lake without the concern of some of the narrower streets that surround the shores. I would definitely stay here again!

The best vacation property ever

From the first moment we entered this beautiful house to the sounds of jazz music played by Amazon Alexa, to the last minutes when we had to reluctantly pack our bags, this has been hands down the best and most comfortable place to stay with extended family. The house is spacious with an open kitchen/living room layout which is great for gatherings, while bedrooms are large and very private (two largest bedrooms have their own bathrooms and two additional bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom). The house has a lot of smart home technology including Google Nest thermostat and several Alexas, as well as upscale furnishing and super comfortable beds. We really enjoyed a spacious backyard and cooking on the propane grill. The property owner is very responsive and accommodating. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be happy to visit again. Highly recommend!

Lovely home in beautiful, quiet area.

Beautiful Property

What an amazing home! When we first walked in we thought we were in the wrong house because of all the upgrades. The pictures really do not do this home justice, hopefully the pictures will be updated soon so everyone will see what a beautiful home this truly is. The owner was always available to answer questions. This is will always be our go to home in Lake Oswego.

Perfect for our needs

The house is beautifully remodeled and was perfect for our needs overall. The living space is comfortable, has a great kitchen with comfortable rooms, very comfortable beds, and linens, and gorgeous bathrooms. The floors are low maintenance and the house has great privacy. The location was great and very centrally located. Given that the remodeling work was just wrapping up when we rented the place, there were some normal minor supplies missing that were a bit of an inconvenience (dishwasher soap, soap in bathrooms, garbage cans, broom/dustpan...). Also, the landscaping is in poor condition and needs maintenance so the beautiful outdoor space needed some love to be enjoyed. That said, these were minor inconveniences and the hosts were receptive and attentive when we brought up issues and offered to compensate/remunerate expenses and work. The hosts were lovely people. I would rent this place again.
