Entouré par les fleurs, plantes de la nature, d'énormes cèdres, nid de maison dans près de 1/2 acres cul-de-sac, calme et serein, chouettes, pics bois, différents des oiseaux, vous pouvez entendre et les voir autour de la maison dans le patio, dans le gazebo, ou bien la grande fenêtre de la salle à manger. années de jardinage par les amoureux du jardin, différentes plantes fleurissant au printemps et au début de l'hiver, et un énorme érable dans le patio arrière créent une élégance et des couleurs étonnantes jusqu'au début de l'hiver. C'est une retraite au coeur de la ville, dans l'un des quartiers les plus chers, en bordure de lac servitude pour accéder au lac d'Oswego en été. minutes à pied de toutes sortes de restaurants, café, boulangerie, bar et marché Zupan. Parc, sentier de randonnée minutes à pied.
Niveau supérieur, 4 chambres à coucher, 2 1/2 salle de bain, niveau inférieur, cuisine gastronomique, armoire en teck et plancher de bois franc en teck, grand salon, salle à manger, et une étude séparée. Garage 2 voitures.
Toutes les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur les magnifiques bois verts entourant la maison, très privées, offrant un cadre relaxant total dans toutes les chambres.

Beautiful Home In a Great Location

My family and I enjoyed the Lake Oswego property. Vivian was very responsive and answered all questions. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We appreciated having a full bedroom on the bottom level for my elderly family members. Would rent again if in the area.

Beautiful Home!

We were visiting my son and soon to be daughter in law over the weekend who live in Portland. This home was perfect for our visit. It’s been beautifull remodeled and the owner was so responsive and kind to any of our questions. The home is also located in a very convenient area close to many grocery stores and restaurants. We will definitely be asking again in the future to stay here! It was a wonderful home away from home for us.

Quiet & Beautiful Oasis

Being from San Diego everything is quiet -- however this property is situated in a lovely neighborhood with gorgeous streets and homes and friendly neighbors. A quiet getaway close to the lake. Turns out there is not much lake access for non residents. But plenty of activities surrounding -- we were familiar with the area. The downtown is great check out farmers market. This property was very comfortable for a large group and nice. Lily is a responsive and hospitable host. There was not streaming connected so she offered to cover cost, very thoughtful. Outdoor area great for the sumner

Great Potential

The rental is in a lovely neighborhood and is centrally located to everything. I have stayed in over 30 VRBO rentals - this one has great potential but needs a little attention. There are only 6 dining room chairs so a sit down dinner did not include our entire party of 7. There is only 1 TV in the house in the living room and only seating for 5 unless you drag chairs in from other rooms. There is a gorgeous downstairs den that we never used - maybe put a TV in there as another reviewer suggested. The gazebo in the back yard would be wonderful if all of the lighting worked or maybe it was screened in. There were HUGE spider webs throughout the yard until the landscape maintenance staff came to clean up the yard at the end of our stay. We did have issues with the plumbing in the upstairs bathroom - toilet ran until you jiggled the handle. All of the beds were fairly comfortable but there is only 1 night stand in each bedroom and no dressers except for in the master. All in all, it is a great property that just needs a little extra attention to details.

Great home in a great location with some minor maintenance issues

Pros: The size and location of the home were perfect for our Portland trip. Being near the lake and many recreational areas was a big plus. The home is well stocked with just about everything a modern home would normally have. We were able to prepare the majority of our meals in the home which saved a lot of time/money and the typical weight gain from eating out too much. The Nest thermostat made it easy to keep the house cool during the hot 90+ degree days. The entry code on the front door made it convenient to lock and unlock the home without worrying about losing keys. One large TV with Netflix. Some other guests asked for another TV but we didn't watch much TV so one was enough. Having a washer and dryer for washing clothes was very important. Having a dishwasher for cleaning up after meals was important. Cons: There are some minor maintenance issues around the house including an electrical outlet falling out of the wall, broken shelves in the kitchen, and a dripping faucet. These were reported to the owner and hopefully they will be fixed before the next guest. The mattresses are old. The master bed mattress feels like it is sloping towards the edges. The kitchen was missing a few essentials such as a proper meal prep knife and measuring cups/spoons. We made due with the long utility knife and bought a set of measuring cups and spoons which we left at the house. Overall we enjoyed the house and thank Lily for providing it.

Wonderful escape

First of all, let me say we have stayed in no less that 20 VRBO places, and have been involved ourselves with VRBO. We were fortunate to find this little gem because of the promotion rate due to them being new to VRBO. We were very pleasantly surprised. The layout of the house is wonderful for both privacy and hanging out. We had 5 young to mid aged teenagers with us, and didn't even have to twist their arms to get them to hang out with us by the dining table to play board games they had available in the house. The kitchen was separated by the other rooms, but it was very inviting and we found ourselves hanging out lots with the kids in there. The beds were all comfortable, lot of utensils, spices in the kitchen.They even left a bag of charcoal for the grill! It is in a good central location for traveling around Oregon, and it is a quiet neighborhood except for the house builders across the street who started working at 8am. The only down sides we would have, would be first: the house only has one TV. For us, it wasn't too bad because all the kids had devices, books. But, for a younger family, I think it would be smart for them to be aware of this. The wifi was slow a lot, but, there was 6 of us trying to use it at night because of no TV's. Also, and we take into account that we are from Northern Cali and it rains...but there were a lot of ants in the upstairs bathrooms and spiders in general. They weren't so bad that we felt the need to contact Lily, but we were definitely aware of them. I think for us, it was a minor inconvenience, but wanted others to know. The only other things to know, the fireplace is for looks only, it doesn't heat the house, and the heater at 67, had the upstairs feeling like it was 80 degrees...thus us waking up to construction, because our window was wide open from being too hot!! These are all minor, very basic complaints. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Oregon, not only for the location and serenity of the place, but also because I found Lily, the owner to be quite easy and available!

Immediately felt like home

Our host was fantastic! The home is in a wonderful location. It’s very safe, and quiet. The kitchen and living space is terrific for families. Also, there is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground level that is perfect for ADA/older guests. Easy to work remotely from because the wifi is good. The best of Portland restaurants are less than a block away. Darling neighborhood restaurants and cafes so close you can walk to them. Beautiful parks for exercise, or chatting with friends. Such an ideal home. Our family will definitely be back next year.

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect house for our group of 5. Well laid out for us having privacy downstairs for 1 adult couple and the 3 college kids had the upstairs. Kitchen is huge and well equipped. We were there for two weeks and had quite a few group dinners enjoying the lovely, shady and spacious back yard. There is plenty of seating for large dining groups which was fantastic for us since we had others in our party at hotels and other VRBO houses. The neighborhood is super close to everything - shops, restaurants and excellent grocery options all within a mile or two, even some great dining options up the street that are walkable. The house was also an excellent space for our dog and the neighborhood great for walking the dog. Vivian could not have been nicer and more hospitable, she went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We would stay here again every time.

This is a perfect LO location close to some of the the newer restaurants and downtown area. Ms Chen is a gracious and responsive host. We’d enjoy staying here again.

Great house in a cozy cul-de-sac that kids could ride bikes around. Well equipped with everything we need for a great stay. Exactly as described. Excellent location close to stores and restaurants. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

One of the things that we loved about the photos on line was the front and backyard landscaping. Upon arrival we were somewhat shocked at the condition of the landscaping and the driveway and walkway needed sweeping. Once we were inside we found a note stating the landscaping was being redone. Also we had intentions of sitting in the backyard but it was very untidy. However, the home inside was what we expected and it worked out just fine for our family.

A clean and beautifully remodeled home in a great neighborhood!

My family was very happy with our stay. The home has been newly remodeled with updated furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, fixtures, surfaces, and the well crafted design choices really show. The home was well stocked up and there were some great grocery markets, coffee, restaurants, and bakeries just down the street. The cul de sac was quiet and perfect for my family. Our young kids were able to walk around and enjoy our stay close to the lake without the concern of some of the narrower streets that surround the shores. I would definitely stay here again!

The best vacation property ever

From the first moment we entered this beautiful house to the sounds of jazz music played by Amazon Alexa, to the last minutes when we had to reluctantly pack our bags, this has been hands down the best and most comfortable place to stay with extended family. The house is spacious with an open kitchen/living room layout which is great for gatherings, while bedrooms are large and very private (two largest bedrooms have their own bathrooms and two additional bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom). The house has a lot of smart home technology including Google Nest thermostat and several Alexas, as well as upscale furnishing and super comfortable beds. We really enjoyed a spacious backyard and cooking on the propane grill. The property owner is very responsive and accommodating. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be happy to visit again. Highly recommend!

Lovely home in beautiful, quiet area.

Beautiful Property

What an amazing home! When we first walked in we thought we were in the wrong house because of all the upgrades. The pictures really do not do this home justice, hopefully the pictures will be updated soon so everyone will see what a beautiful home this truly is. The owner was always available to answer questions. This is will always be our go to home in Lake Oswego.
