By far the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. Grounds were unkept so that raised my eyebrows when I arrived. Went to front desk to check in and it was unmanned. There was a sign saying back in 20 minutes with eta of 6:31. I arrived at 6:30 and waited until 6:48 and still no attendant so I went to my dinner appointment. Returned to check-in and was promptly told that they were "overbooked" even though I had already paid. Had to to another hotel and spend over $200 extra to get another place to stay. And all this was after I had to re-book in the beginning because they cancelled my first booking because their payment system wouldn't take my payment.

I was extremely disappointed with this stay. We arrived around 11:00 p.m. and immediately noticed the poorly maintained exterior and landscaping. Inside, there was a foul odor, and I waited 10–15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk.I was first assigned Room 238, but when we reached the door there was a “Do Not Disturb” sign on it. I returned downstairs and was moved to Room 232. That room also had a foul smell and appeared to still be under maintenance, with no shower curtain, no toilet paper, and unfinished primer/paint. It also did not have the queen-size beds I booked.I went downstairs again and was reassigned to Room 230. That room also had a stale odor, full-size beds instead of queens, and damp towels in the bathroom, which raised further concerns about cleanliness. The next morning, the front desk did not even know which room I had ultimately been placed in.The lack of exterior hotel branding and the overall condition of the property only added to our concern. I had booked and paid for three nights, but by Sunday morning my family and I were so disappointed that we chose to leave early and pay to stay elsewhere. This was one of the poorest hotel experiences I have had, and I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. My family and I arrived at approximately 10:55–11:00 p.m. From the moment we arrived, the condition of the property raised concerns. As a professional real estate broker, I immediately noticed the lack of exterior maintenance and landscaping. The overall appearance of the building made my family and me uncomfortable about staying there. When I entered the lobby, I waited approximately 10–15 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. During that time, there was a noticeable foul odor in the lobby. I also noticed a sign near the front desk reminding guests to make sure their doors were locked and stating that the property was not responsible for personal belongings. Given the condition of the property and the late hour, that added to our uneasiness. After checking in, I was initially given a key to Room 238. My family and I went upstairs, and when we arrived at the room, there was an 8½-by-11-inch piece of paper taped to the door stating “Do Not Disturb.” I left my family waiting in the hallway and returned downstairs to the front desk. When I explained the situation, the clerk appeared amused by the fact that the sign was on the door and told me that he needed to switch my room. He left the front desk and went upstairs to determine what other rooms were available. He then returned and gave me a key to Room 232. I went back upstairs, collected my family, and we entered Room 232. As soon as the door opened, there was another foul smell coming from the room. The room appeared to be in the middle of maintenance or renovation. There was no shower curtain, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and areas of the room appeared to have primer or unfinished paint. In addition, this was not the queen-bed accommodation that I had booked. For the third time, I went back downstairs and explained the condition of the room to the front desk clerk. I told him that, based on my professional experience in real estate, the room appeared to still be undergoing work and was not in a condition that I would expect to be assigned to a hotel guest. The clerk again left the front desk, went upstairs to locate another available room, and eventually returned with a key to Room 230. At this point, it appeared there was significant confusion regarding which rooms were actually ready and available for guests. We went upstairs again and entered Room 230. There was once again a noticeable stale odor, as though the room had

Genau wie beschrieben und abgebildet, perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, einziges Problem ist der Rauchgeruch. Obwohl mein Zimmer ein Nichtraucherzimmer war, roch es im Flur immer noch nach Rauch aus den Zimmern, in denen das Rauchen erlaubt war.
