Entire unit In the lower level :
This sparkling one-bedroom rental features a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, a half kitchen and a full bathroom. The rental unit is located on the Lower level of the property, while my little family of 3 reside upstairs. The rental unit has a separate entrance and you will have your privacy as you would want it. You will have access to the backyard and the deck upon request.

Bedroom :
The bedroom has a full-size bed, dresser, and closet. Bed is fully loaded with cozy blankets and pillows. Extra blankets and pillows are provided upon request.

Living Room :
The living room includes a 32-inch Insignia™ - 32" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV and a sofa bed, Two way lift top coffee table with plenty of storage. You can do your work related things on the convertible living room desk. WIFI access upon request

Kitchen :
The kitchen area is not a full kitchen, but it is equipped with a microwave, small oven with air fryer, and other 12+ baking/roasting functions. It also includes a cutting board, knives, dining table, silverware, glasses, mugs and plates. Coffee maker, Electric water heater kettle, Mini refrigerator also included. Refrigerator can be filled with items if you can make a request 24 to 48 hours ahead of your check-in. We can even provide Breakfast/ Dinner if you can request in advance. We can provide a sample menu upon request. It may be time to taste some delicious Sri Lankan food or some other tasty food. Simply request in advance.

Bathroom :
The bathroom has a shower and provides towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. and a hair drier

Backyard/ Deck :
The rental unit has access to outdoor seating with wood log seating, as well as a shared deck. Guests can enjoy the calming neighborhood and abundant outdoor space.

Conveniently located just 7 minutes from Walmart or ShopRite, the home is close to various shopping and dining options. We can even provide food upon request. Ample free parking is available on the premises.
