Suite Relax is part of the Dimora Sardaro Suites mini-complex, a finely renovated old typical house in the center of Monopoli, with the characteristic original, restored cement tiles that give it charm and elegance.
 
The Relax Suite is a cozy apartment, with optimized spaces and equipped with every comfort. It is located at the beginning of a small corridor and consists of spacious and bright rooms.
The entrance is in the relaxation room, where there is a Jacuzzi, with smart TV and air conditioning, ideal for regenerating after a day spent at the sea or in the beautiful historical centers of Puglia.
From here you enter the large bedroom, furnished with 1 double bed + 1 single armchair bed, equipped with smart TV and air conditioning. The house is completed by 1 shower room and a mini kitchenette.

Dimora Sardaro Suites is located in the heart of Monopoli, a short walk from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, the historic center and the enchanting Cathedral of Santa Maria Santissima della Madia.
The location makes it easy to reach the town`s main attractions on foot, walking among the stores in the center, along the quaint narrow streets of the historic center or to the beach of Cala Porta Vecchia, which is about 500 m away.
Monopoli`s picturesque Porto Vecchio is just a 10-minute walk away, as is the Carlo V Castle.
The property is convenient both for those traveling by car, with free parking nearby, and for those who choose transportation, with the train station just 850 m away.
From here, you can explore the province of Bari, with destinations the towns of Polignano a Mare, the splendid Alberobello protected by Unesco for its unique and unrepeatable historic center made of trulli, the caves of Castellana or the village of Locorotondo.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The apartment is equipped with a mini kitchenette and a mini sink.
