This delightful first floor apartment is 5 meters from the promenade and beautiful Mojacar beach. You cannot be closer to the sea, unless you put a tent right on the beach! Fabulous terrace with sea views and built in bbq.

The promenade along the beachside is perfect for an evening stroll and there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops all close by. There are also several golf courses within half an hour drive including the beautiful Desert Springs, Cortijo Grande and Vera. Truly fabulous apartment in an excellent location, on a well maintained complex with communal swimming pool.

The apartment suits those wanting a relaxing location, but with plenty of life close by. It is east facing with sea views. It has 2 double bedrooms both with wardrobes. All bedding is included. There are heaters for the cooler months. The bright and airy lounge diner has modern seating (sofa converts to double bed) and a dining table for 6, DVD player and satellite TV. The modern 3 piece bathroom is fully tiled, bright and clean with a walk in shower. There is an additional separate w c with sink. The kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, pans, crockery and utensils.

The beach is right across and just 1 minute to walk. It is huge, 100 metres wide and kilometres long. The front is full of every type of restaurant and bar. We can recommend the Giant Gambas at the Don Pedro, just in front, great steaks at the Argentinian Steakhouse (catch Flamenco night) as well as the Italian ice cream at Gelateria Italiana; the English Restaurants along the front all do the food from home.
