Welcome to our brand-new apartment located in the Nuevo Nazareth development area in Valencia, a quiet residential neighborhood with an excellent location for exploring the city.

This cozy apartment features a layout designed to offer greater privacy and comfort. It includes a double bed in the main area, separated by a divider/screen for added privacy, as well as a separate bedroom with another double bed. In addition, there is a sofa bed, making it ideal for 4 guests and able to accommodate up to 6 people.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, at street level, providing easy access.

You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, clean towels and bed linens, air conditioning and heating, hot water, and 24/7 guest assistance.

There are two TVs, one in the living room and another in the sleeping area. The apartment also features heating/cooling split units and a full bathroom with all essential items and complimentary amenities for the first days of your stay.

A note on expectations:

We like to be transparent so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying comfort and convenience.

Please note that the apartment does not have windows, but it is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh inside. Being at street level, there may be some noise during weekdays.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, parties, loud noise, smoking, and pets are not allowed. The apartment is equipped with noise monitors and smoke detectors, and furniture must remain inside the property.

Please note that under no circumstances is it allowed to use, disturb, or occupy public areas such as the street, sidewalk, or exterior spaces. Furniture must not be removed from the property or placed outside.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The Nazaret neighborhood is one of Valencia’s most charming and up-and-coming areas. Located between the Mediterranean Sea and the old Turia riverbed, it blends the traditional atmosphere of a historic fishing district with the energy of a neighborhood undergoing exciting urban renewal. Its location is perfect for enjoying both the beach and the city center, with excellent tram and bus connections.

Wander through its streets and discover the Nazaret Municipal Market, where locals shop for fresh produce and share friendly conversation, or stop by the cozy cafés and traditional bars to taste authentic Valencian cuisine. Just a few minutes away you’ll find the Port of Valencia, the Marina, and Las Arenas Beach — ideal spots for strolling, water sports, or watching the sunset by the sea.

Nazaret offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, perfect for travelers seeking a more local and relaxed Valencia experience while staying close to everything. It’s a neighborhood on the rise, where new projects and modern spaces coexist with timeless charm — the perfect balance between tradition, the sea, and city life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest tram stop, “Nazareth,” is next to the accommodation.

Valencia Airport is a 25-minute drive away.

Self Check-in through smartlock, phone and internet will be needed to access. Available check-in from 3:00 PM. For early check-in upon request.

Please note that parties, loud noise, and smoking are STRICTLY prohibited inside the apartment, as it is equipped with noise decibel monitors and smoke detectors. Failure to comply with the house rules will result in a €200 fine.

Out of respect for neighbors and the community, any behavior that disturbs public order, creates noise, or affects cleanliness is strictly forbidden. It is also not permitted to remove furniture, chairs, or any household items from the property. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay.

Pets are not allowed.

We provide basic amenities for first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a trash bag. Please let us know if you need additional cleaning or extra linens — we’ll be happy to provide them for an additional fee.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team finds evidence of smoking (e.g. odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200.

For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair-use policy applies to utilities, with a limit of €80.

Extra keys: €20 (for an additional set, lost keys, or door-opening service during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linens: same price as the regular cleaning fee.

Extra linens: €30 (includes towels and sheets for 2 guests, when the sofa bed is not in use).
