Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to all parts of the property.



The Neighborhood:

Being so centrally located, you will be within walking distance of all the city centre attractions, including the First Direct Arena, Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre, Kirkdale Market, O2 Academy Leeds Playhouse, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. Leeds train station is just a 10 minute walk away.



Getting Around:

The city centre is entirely accessible on foot from the apartment and you have plenty of amenities right on your doorstep. If you a travelling slightly further, there are local bus routes servicing the nearby main road and Leeds Train Station is only 10 minutes walk or a short taxi ride from the apartment.

Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
