Tucked away in a quiet area of Deal, just minutes from the beach, station and castle, this beautifully restored three bedroom house with private parking has been thoughtfully renovated with holidays in mind. Perfect for families, the house offers comfortable and practical living just a short stroll from the beach, the charming High Street and the many cafés, restaurants and independent shops that make the seaside town of Deal so special. Inside, the house has been carefully designed to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The living spaces are welcoming and relaxed, while the kitchen is well equipped with a gas oven, electric hob, Ninja air fryer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, providing everything you need for cooking at home after a day exploring the coast.
Upstairs you will find three beautifully styled bedrooms, two doubles and one bunk bed room, with full size single beds. The layout of the house is ideal for families, or couples, with two newly renovated bathrooms available. Each bedroom has been fitted with built in fast charging sockets and USB C and Lightning cables are already provided in every room, making it easy to charge phones and devices during your stay. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, making this a great choice if you need to stay connected or combine a seaside break with a little remote working. Outside, there is a small terrace next to the private off road parking space, which is a real bonus in Deal where parking can be limited. A table and chairs are stored in the shed and guests are very welcome to use them during their stay. One small dog is welcome to join you on your stay, so the whole family can enjoy a seaside escape in beautiful Deal.

Bedroom Two (The Blue Room)
Sleeps 2, with full size adult bunk beds with high ceilings, ideal for families or groups. The drawers under the lower bunk pull out for clothes storage. Fast charging sockets and cables provided.

The house has off road private parking for one car behind the house.
Accessibility
The house has no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. However, the stairs here are not particularly steep.

One small dog is welcome. Please note this is charged at ÂŁ25 per stay.
There is a small terrace to the rear with a table and chairs. This is next to the parking space.

House Rules
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
