Triple rooms inside the AgriresortChiani are spacious and bright rooms, ideal for 2 / 3 people on vacation in Salento, in the countryside of Melendugno and very close to the Adriatic beaches.
All rooms have en suite shower rooms and accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, mini fridge, smart TV and hair dryer.
There are a total of 4 triple rooms. The masseria offers km0 breakfast every morning, infinity pool with whirlpool and solarium, daily tidying up and a la carte restaurant service on request.
Also shared by all guests are relaxation areas, well-appointed rooms, ample parking.

Simple, refined and with clean, relaxing lines, the triple rooms are four of the five rooms that make up the agriresort.
They are furnished with 1 double bed + 1 pouf single bed, complemented by 1 en suite shower room.
Just outside the rooms is an outdoor space for exclusive use, furnished with a small table and chairs. Also included for guests is an umbrella and an oversize sun lounger by the pool.
Breakfast is served in the garden by the pool, under the pergola or in the restaurant. Housekeeping is daily, with linens changed every 3 nights.
Agriresort Chiani is situated in the quiet Salento countryside, just minutes from both the center of Melendugno and the beaches that make up its renowned coastline.
The masseria is surrounded by greenery, enriched with an infinity pool, solarium and spacious common areas, outdoor shower and spacious gazebo equipped with 85" TV.
The property`s restaurant is available, a la carte and by reservation, with lunches and dinners based on traditional Salento products, strictly prepared with home-grown products.
At the center of the property is a characteristic trullo where a wide range of typical products can be purchased.

Agriresort Chiani is located in the countryside of Melendugno, just 500 meters from the town center where there are all the main services, as well as small stores, clubs, squares and ancient courtyards.
The facility is also very close to the Adriatic Sea. The nearest beaches are those of Torre dell`Orso, Laghi Alimini, Otranto and all the marinas of Melendugno, such as San Foca and Torre Specchia Ruggeri.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 6pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 6pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bed linen and bathroom linen, each 3 days
- Breakfast included from 08:30 to 10:30.
- Shared Saltwater pool with hydromassage available from all year long.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. 
- The rooms overlook the atrium and do not have windows.
- À la carte restaurant service available upon request.
