🆔 We partner with SafeGuest to securely verify the lead guest. After booking, a checkin form will be sent where a valid ID must be submitted to confirm your reservation. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
💳 All bookings require either a refundable deposit or a non refundable waiver via SafeGuest. If the refundable deposit option is selected, a £1 card authorisation will be taken before checkin and your card may be charged up to £650 after checkout in the event of damage, rule breaches, or additional costs.
