-Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smoke odour, ashes, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to impose a minimum charge of ÂŁ250 to cover additional cleaning and fumigation expenses.
-Parties, large gatherings, and outside guests are strictly prohibited. If sufficient evidence of such activities is found, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund and may enlist a security team to enforce eviction. A minimum fee of ÂŁ500 may be charged to cover deep cleaning and disposal costs. Local authorities may also be involved if necessary.
