There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, featuring an oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a separate utility with a washing machine, a dining area with seating, a sitting area with a Smart TV and a first-floor sitting room with a balcony with views and outdoor sofas and coffee tables. Children are welcome, there is a high chair, travel cot and 3 stair gates stored in the utility room and under-stairs cupboard on the ground floor). Outside, there is a private enclosed lawned garden with patio & outdoor furniture, a rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and furniture and driveway parking for 3 cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, pub and river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
