* A £250 refundable damage deposit is required before check-in.

* Quiet hours are in effect after 10:00 PM due to the residential location.

* Exterior security cameras are installed for guest and property security, monitoring outdoor areas including the pool.

* Please note no glass is allowed by the pool area for safety purposes.
