Villa Astraiax enjoys its own independent entrance, private parking and a secluded outdoor setting designed for relaxation. The spacious terrace frames the sea views and features a private pool, sun loungers, shaded lounge seating and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, creating a tranquil oasis for long, sun-filled days.



Inside, the suite presents a bright open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen, where natural light and tasteful colour accents create a calm, contemporary atmosphere. Adjacent is a stylish bathroom with a rain shower. Steps lead to the airy master bedroom, complete with a super-king bed, walk-in closet and full air conditioning and heating. A unique intermediate seating area beside the glass doors to the pool terrace provides a versatile indoor-outdoor retreat. Sofa beds in the living area and secondary sitting space allow the suite to accommodate up to five guests comfortably.
