Tucked into the scenic landscape of Western Crete, Villa Almyra is a refined private retreat designed for up to twelve guests, combining contemporary architecture with sweeping sea and mountain views. The property offers five elegant bedrooms and generous communal areas, creating an relaxed setting for families or groups seeking both privacy and shared spaces. Its location provides convenient access to Chania and the island’s beaches while maintaining a peaceful, secluded atmosphere.



The upper level hosts four well-appointed bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with an en-suite shower room, designer bathtub and balcony access. Two additional king-size bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms and balconies, while a fourth bedroom with two double beds enjoys its own outdoor access and is served by a large separate shower room. On the lower level, a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom opens directly to the pool terrace. This floor also includes a versatile cinema and media room equipped with streaming services and gaming facilities, which can convert into an additional sleeping area with two double sofa beds. The open-plan living space overlooks the bay and connects seamlessly to a fully equipped Italian kitchen with premium appliances, central island and adjacent utility area with washing machine and dryer.



The outdoor living areas are centred around a 40 m² infinity swimming pool with a shallow children’s section and poolside shower. Expansive terraces feature luxury sun loungers, shaded lounge seating and a covered outdoor dining area with charcoal barbecue, sink and fridge, ideal for long alfresco meals. Pool heating is available on request at an additional cost. Air conditioning and WiFi are provided throughout.



A welcome pack is offered on arrival, along with midweek cleaning and linen change, and regular pool and garden maintenance. A baby cot and highchair can be arranged if required. Optional services available at extra cost include private chef experiences, transfers, vehicle hire, yacht charters, excursions, spa treatments, grocery pre-stocking, additional housekeeping and private security. Pets are not permitted. A refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival, and any extra services requested will be charged separately.
