Expansive terraces frame panoramic sea and mountain views, leading to a private infinity pool with a built-in sitting area and a separate baby pool. The outdoor spaces are created for both social gatherings and quiet moments, with a wide sun deck furnished with luxury loungers and a fully equipped barbecue area ideal for alfresco dining. The villa’s modern design, air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine and private parking ensure a comfortable and convenient stay, while its elevated position provides memorable sunsets and a peaceful atmosphere within easy reach of Chania’s beaches, cafés and restaurants.



A meet and greet on arrival is included, along with maid service and a change of linen and pool towels every three days, as well as signature bath amenities. Additional services such as private chef experiences, airport transfers, vehicle hire, yacht and boat trips, guided day tours, spa and wellness treatments, villa pre-stocking, extra cleaning and private security can be arranged at an extra cost. Pets may be accepted on request. A refundable security deposit and any locally required fees or optional services are payable in addition to the rental rate.
