The villa spans approximately 90 square metres and features two double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a bright living area with a sofa bed, making it ideal for couples or small groups travelling together. From the terrace and balcony, guests can enjoy sweeping sea and landmark views, while the outdoor hot tub provides a serene spot to unwind at any time of day.



Inside, the villa combines traditional Santorini architecture with contemporary comforts, including air conditioning throughout, free WiFi, flat-screen television with satellite and cable channels, a safety deposit box and carefully curated furnishings. The private kitchenette is fully equipped for light self-catering and includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchenware and a dining table, complemented by an outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. Both bathrooms are fitted with either a shower or bath, hairdryer, towels and complimentary toiletries.



Villa Amphira is located within easy walking distance of Katharos Beach and the Naval Museum of Oia, while Santorini International Airport is approximately 17 km away. Upper floors are accessed by stairs only, and the property is non-smoking throughout. There is no parking available on site, and children are not permitted; cots and extra beds are not available.



The villa is offered on a self-catered basis with private check-in and check-out and no on-site staff, ensuring complete independence and discretion during the stay. Housekeeping services beyond standard preparation may be available on request, subject to availability and an additional charge.
