Kippford Rest – Luxury Caravan at Coastal Kippford
Discover our family caravan holiday home for the perfect stay in Kippford with loved ones. We want to share with you our new family holiday escape to create your own memories of this fantastic part of the Solway Coast!
Our caravan offers a range of great features to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable complete with a full sized bath which is unusual for a caravan.
The large open plan living area is designed with the whole family in mind. This fantastic caravan is sited on a pitch in a quiet cul-de-sac on the lower Park within easy reach of the footgate leading to Kippford village and across to the golf course and bar opposite. It’s best features is the large outside decked area to the side and front, capturing the sun throughout the day.
Kippford Rest is located by the lovely seaside village of Kippford on the Solway Firth, often referred to as Scotland’s Riviera Coast.
*The Inside Space*
The main entrance to this static caravan opens to a hallway which is ideal for keeping both muddy boots, coats and luggage neat and tidy.
Beautifully designed for ease of use, the kitchen makes entertaining guests easy where you will find everything you need for your self-catering stay. The fixed seating in the dining area, is the perfect little nook for the kids to play or to unwind and have drinks with friends whilst preparing meals. Integrated kitchen appliances include a microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven, gas grill and hob plus a handy air-fryer and dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed which is a peaceful paradise boasting an en-suite with shower and dressing area. The twin bedroom hosts two full sized single beds and you will find TVs in both bedrooms. All the beds have great mattresses for a good nights sleep and black out curtains too!
For those who enjoy a long soak with a good book after a day out exploring there is a bath in the main bathroom, complete with an overhead shower – a rare find to have a full bath in a caravan which is also perfect for the kids too!
In the lounge there is a large L-shaped wraparound seating. For cosy nights relax around the electric fire and watch the Smart TV or a DVD’s or play some of the games on offer. Gas central heating also keeps you warm throughout.
*The Outside Space*
The best part of this holiday home is the dual aspect patio space. The sliding patio door from the lounge leads out onto the lovely side deck where you can enjoy the outdoor dining area for both alfresco breakfasts or evening BBQ’s. The second sofa seating area offer a more relaxed space allowing you to enjoy the afternoon and late evening sunshine – perfect for drinks.
We also have a Cadac BBQ for you to use to cook outside too. Make yourself cosy with the outdoor cushions too and soak up the colourful landscape of the park.

• Dip in the sea or paddle board at hide tide at Roughfirth
• Enjoy 9 holes at Kippfords Craigeknowles Golf Course opposite the caravan
• Take a forest walk from the top of the park down to RockCliffe to grab an ice cream by the sea and walk back along the Jubilee path
• Go crabbing off the jetties at Kippford
• Let the kids let off some steam at the 2 parks onsite at the caravan park
• BBQ on the caravan balcony or have a beach BBQ instead
