Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review of your stay at our property. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the great location, found the flat clean and comfortable, and were pleased with our communication and responsiveness. We are also glad that the washer/dryer was a useful addition to your stay. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the lack of air conditioning and the four flights of stairs.
